White-label customer engagement software for agencies

Offer your clients a shared inbox, CRM and WhatsApp automation under your own brand — without building or hosting the platform yourself.

What white-label SaaS means

White-label software is built and run by one company and sold by another under its own brand. For an agency, that means you can offer a complete product to clients — here, a customer messaging inbox, CRM and automation platform — without the cost and risk of building one.

What you add is what your clients actually pay you for: setup, strategy, the automations and campaigns you build for them, and support in their language and time zone.

Who it is for

  • Digital marketing agencies already running WhatsApp or Instagram campaigns for clients who want to keep the conversations and leads in a tool the agency manages.
  • CRM and automation consultants who set up customer journeys and want a platform they can brand.
  • Software resellers and system integrators serving small and mid-sized businesses in a specific region or industry.

It is a weaker fit if you have only one or two clients and no plans to support them yourself — in that case, your clients can usually use PingSetu directly.

How agencies typically run client accounts

  • Fully managed: you build and maintain the automations, templates and campaigns; the client’s team only replies to conversations.
  • Set up and hand over: you onboard the client, connect channels and train their team, then provide support on a retainer.
  • Software only: you sell access to the branded platform as a product, with your own plans and first-line support.

Example — a performance agency

An agency running click-to-WhatsApp ads for eight clients gives each one a branded workspace. The agency builds the qualification flow and templates, the client’s sales team works leads in the inbox, and the agency reviews the pipeline with the client every month.

Illustrative scenario, not a customer case study.

Questions to answer before you launch

  1. How many client organisations do you expect in the first year?
  2. Which plans will you offer, and what will each include?
  3. Who on your team will handle first-line support, and in which hours?
  4. Do your clients already have Meta business portfolios and verified businesses?
  5. What is your process when a client leaves — data export, number migration?

Bring the answers to a partner demo and we can discuss reseller pricing for your plan mix.

Frequently asked questions

What does white-label mean here?

Your clients use the product under your name: your domain, your logo and colours, and support from your team. PingSetu runs the platform underneath and is not presented to your clients.

Do my clients need their own WhatsApp Business Accounts?

Yes. Each client connects its own WhatsApp number through Meta's onboarding, under its own Meta business portfolio. Channel credentials stay with that client organisation.

How is reseller pricing set?

Reseller pricing depends on the number of client organisations you expect and the plans you want to offer, so we agree it in a conversation rather than publishing a single price. You set the prices your clients pay.

Can I try it before committing?

Book a demo to see the reseller dashboard and branding settings, then sign up as a partner to set up your own instance.

What happens to client data if a client leaves?

Each client is a separate organisation with its own data. Talk to us about export and offboarding for your specific case before you sign client contracts.
