PingSetu

A customer is one person. Their history should be one record.

PingSetu started from a frustration that most teams will recognise: the same customer asks a question on Instagram, follows up on WhatsApp, and gets treated as a stranger both times because the tools never spoke to each other.

Close the gap between the conversation and the record.

Small and mid-sized teams end up running four or five subscriptions to do one job: a chat tool for messages, a spreadsheet for contacts, a CRM that nobody updates, a separate campaign tool, and an automation tool stitching them together. Every handoff between those tools is a place for context to fall out.

We built PingSetu the other way around. The unified inbox, the CRM, the flow builder, the campaign engine and the AI agents are one system reading and writing one customer record. When an automation qualifies a lead, the deal already exists. When a campaign gets a reply, it lands in the same thread as everything else.

The second thing we got asked for, repeatedly, was to disappear. Agencies wanted to sell this to their own clients under their own name — so white-label is not an afterthought bolted on at the top tier. The reseller dashboard, sub-organisation management, custom domains and reseller billing are part of how the platform is put together.

What we optimise for.

Four things we come back to when a product decision is genuinely close.

01

One record, not four

A customer is one person. Every design decision starts from keeping their history in one place instead of scattering it across tools.

02

Depth over checkbox features

We would rather ship a channel or a CRM entity properly than list twice as many that half work.

03

Our partners' brand comes first

When an agency resells PingSetu, their client should see their brand. The platform is meant to disappear.

04

Say what the product does

No invented numbers, no borrowed logos. If a capability is on the roadmap rather than in the product, we say so.

The people building it.
