How to connect
- 1In PingSetu, go to Settings → Integrations → Google Sheets and click Connect.
- 2Sign in with Google and approve the permissions shown.
- 3Choose the spreadsheet and sheet tab you want to use.
- 4Map columns to PingSetu fields, then save. You can now import or use it in flows.

How we handle your Google data
PingSetu reads the cells of the spreadsheets you select and writes rows to them. We store the spreadsheet ID, the column mapping and an encrypted access token — not a copy of your whole sheet.
- We only access Google data after you connect your account and grant consent.
- Google data is used only to provide the features shown on this page.
- We do not sell Google data or use it for advertising.
- We do not use Google data to train general-purpose AI models.
- No PingSetu staff read your Google data, except with your permission for support, for security, or where the law requires it.
- You can disconnect anytime in PingSetu settings, or from your Google Account permissions. Stored tokens are then deleted.
