Google Calendar + PingSetu

Let customers book meetings from a WhatsApp, Instagram or Messenger chat, straight into your team's Google Calendar.

What it does

Book from chat

Customers pick a free slot in the conversation and the meeting is created.

Live availability

Only times when you are free are offered, so there are no double bookings.

Reminders

Send a WhatsApp reminder before the meeting from the flow builder.

CRM calendar

Booked meetings appear on the contact record and the PingSetu calendar.

How to connect

  1. 1In PingSetu, go to Settings → Integrations → Google Calendar and click Connect.
  2. 2Sign in with Google and approve the permissions shown.
  3. 3Choose which calendar meetings should be added to.
  4. 4Add a “Book meeting” step to a flow or AI agent, and set your meeting length and hours.

How we handle your Google data

PingSetu reads free/busy times and the events it created, and creates or changes events for bookings. We store the meeting details linked to the contact and an encrypted access token — we do not copy your other events.

  • We only access Google data after you connect your account and grant consent.
  • Google data is used only to provide the features shown on this page.
  • We do not sell Google data or use it for advertising.
  • We do not use Google data to train general-purpose AI models.
  • No PingSetu staff read your Google data, except with your permission for support, for security, or where the law requires it.
  • You can disconnect anytime in PingSetu settings, or from your Google Account permissions. Stored tokens are then deleted.
